Mr. Broadhead works with clients on the preparation and the defense of construction claims. Mr. Broadhead’s main focus is on productivity loss and schedule delay claims. Mr. Broadhead’s claims experience has been used in resolution of numerous large construction disputes throughout the U.S.
Mr. Broadhead also regularly works directly with clients at their project sites to help identify and resolve emerging claims and change orders. In addition, Mr. Broadhead provides training to construction clients in connection with claims development and risk management.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Broadhead worked in the construction industry, serving in both project controls and field engineering roles. Mr. Broadhead worked on several large power generation projects for two of the largest general contractor’s in the U.S.
Mr. Broadhead later worked as a claims analyst for the in-house law department of a large, international contractor. Having experience in the field and serving as a claims analyst for one of North America’s largest construction firms, Mr. Broadhead’s brings a depth of experience and construction knowledge to assisting in the resolution of disputes and in the development and presentation of claims.
Mr. Broadhead is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) and has spoken on productivity impacts and schedule delay.
