Mark Genenbacher is a Senior Claims Analysis for Blueprint Construction Counsel based out of Houstion, Tx. Mr. Genenbacher has over 25 years of experience in the Engineering and Construction industry with specialization in project and construction management, project controls, and dispute resolution. Prior transitioning into dispute resolution, Mr. Genenbacher was actively involved in numerous engineering and construction projects providing project management, critical path scheduling, change management, and project cost control / earned value on a wide variety of EPC projects across many industries.

During his career Mr. Genenbacher has specialized in cost estimation, earned value analysis, productivity analysis, CPM schedule preparation and management, delay analysis, change order preparation and management, mitigation solutions, and risk analysis. Mr. Genenbacher also has extensive experience with various delivery methods such as lump sum pricing, cost reimbursable, guaranteed maximum price, unit price, and other methods encountered in the engineering and construction industry. 

Mr. Genenbacher has participated in numerous meditations, served as an expert, and has testified in domestic arbitration and state court.
