Cody Dreher is a Legal Assistant with Blueprint Construction Counsel. Cody graduated from Auburn University in December of 2019 with a degree in Information Systems Management. Mr. Dreher’s responsibilities include data compilation and analysis. In addition Cody assists the firm with information and technology solutions.

Samantha Tichenor is a Legal Assistant at Blueprint Construction Counsel. Samantha has been with the company for 3 years and her responsibilities include office management, presentation development, and litigation support.

Melissa Neal

Practice Manager

Melissa Neal serves as the Practice Manager at Blueprint Construction Counsel, LLP. She oversees all aspects of the firm's administration, including data and systems management, human resources, accounting, marketing, and special projects. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Melissa spent 15 years focusing on risk management, administration, and client support for an insurance brokerage firm. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and has a proven track record of supporting operational objectives with her comprehensive administrative knowledge.


Stephanie L. Cocco

eDiscovery and Accounting Analyst

Stephanie Cocco has over 20 years in document management and information control in real estate/construction areas, with over 15 years of experience focusing upon Electronically Stored Information (“ESI”). Stephanie’s experience includes the use of numerous eDiscovery software programs including Logikcull, iPro’s Eclipse, Relativity, Intella, DISCO, CasePoint, Nexpoint, Concordance and CaseMap. Stephanie utilizes information technology to organize and classify documents on large scale construction claims engagements. In addition, she has experience extracting and compiling data from specific documents for analysis. Stephanie has developed phone/tablet apps for clients to assist with data collection on engagements where work is still ongoing, to assist with the future analysis. Stephanie is also a “gatekeeper” maintaining the company’s extensive knowledge database and the manager of its document retention program.
