CAREER OVERVIEW

Originally from Owatonna, MN, John Paul began his career in construction operations with family businesses prior to pursuing a civil engineering and design career. Shortly after college the desire to be in the field and involved in operations led him back to construction in lieu of design and engineering. He has worked in multiple business sectors, including but not limited to, commercial, light industrial/manufacturing, aerospace, heavy industrial and renewables. He has also worked in varying capacities throughout a project lifecycle from pre-construction, operations, project controls and quality control/assurance. Due to the diversity of his experience, he has become known as an operations specialist.
