He is a skilled construction professional who has prepared detailed construction cost estimates and project budgets, developed complex CPM schedules, and analyzed construction claims.

David has provided strategic risk management and dispute resolution expertise to owners, contractors, design professionals, insurance carriers, and attorneys.
