Designed and built to serve the construction industry, Blueprint Construction Counsel assists clients on public and private construction projects throughout the United States and outside its borders – working with clients to identify, develop, and perform the legal services required on each project, from pre-bid through project close-out. Blueprint Construction Counsel’s core competency is working alongside clients as an integrated part of a project team: assisting with risk avoidance and mitigation at the contracting stage; providing contractual compliance services over the course of a project; and helping to identify, allay, and resolve problems as they emerge in order to minimize project impacts, losses, and avoid litigation. Blueprint's pragmatic approach to dispute resolution focuses on identifying and satisfying the client’s bottom-line needs and achieving early resolution of disputes through the most efficient and cost-effective means.
