Our History

The founding partners of Blueprint Construction Counsel, Danielle Cole and Tom Hall, developed the firm’s Legal Design-Build™ services approach - the in-house ability to provide all potentially necessary services including contract development, general counsel / enterprise risk management services, claim development services (usually provided by third-party consultants), and litigation - based on in-depth knowledge of the construction business; the legal issues inextricably tied to every phase of a project from “cradle to grave" attendant risks; and effective means of managing those risks. Clients benefit from a diversity of perspectives informing the services performed on their behalf, including expierence as outside counsel, as lead US internal counsel for one of North America's largest construction firms, field engineering, and claims analysis.

The firm has been serving clients since its formation in 2014. Partner Arlan Lewis joined the firm in January 2019, further strengthening the firm’s deep industry experience.
