Before focusing exclusively on schedule forensics, in 2014, Mr. Vogt had worked for an EPC contractor. He performed capital project planning and scheduling for over 15 years, while also providing in-house forensic analysis and project benchmarking services as needed. He has represented General contractors during all phases of schedule development, worked on and supported well over $35B in construction project work including capital greenfield, and brownfield.

Mr. Vogt frequently works with clients and their project teams on location, providing project support and services to assist with identifying and resolving emerging problems, reducing commercial and legal risk, and minimizing project impacts to avoid formal dispute proceedings.

Mr. Vogt has served clients in connection with disputes on construction projects in the US, Nigeria, Algeria, Brazil, UAE, Germany, Iraq, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and Bolivia.

As an experienced project professional and claims consultant, well-versed in various forensic schedule analysis methods, Mr. Vogt employs a detailed and disciplined approach to identify the most cost-effective and defensible analysis techniques.
